Returns & Refunds Policy

At House of Tabeer, we aim to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you receive an item that you would like to return, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for Pakistan orders and within 14 days of delivery for international orders. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested before sending anything back, and items returned without approval may not be accepted.

For hygiene and fairness, we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items, customized or made-to-order items, or items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, perfume/fragrance, stains, or alteration after delivery. If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect confirmed). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request as either an exchange or a refund. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible; shipping charges (including the PKR 299 local delivery fee) are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our fault. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider and location, but we aim to complete return processing promptly after inspection.
